Drainage Tray
The specially designed patented tray (which supports the canine grass) is made of highly durable polyethylene. The tray is manufactured by the same company and with the same materials used in the dog kennels at the Gulf Greyhound Park in Houston. This material was chosen because it can withstand extreme temperature conditions and it will tolerate the acidity in dog urine (which can be damaging to many surfaces). The tray is gently sloped toward the center so all liquids flow toward the hole in the middle. The liquids then drain into a catch pan directly below the tray. The unique design keeps the canine grass level and gives stable support to your dog while the channels between the supports direct the liquids into the catch pan.
