Our K9 grass, included with the Penthouse Dog Potty, is the only artificial grass designed specifically for dogs! A training spray, also included, will encourage your dog to use his new Penthouse Dog Potty during the initial training period. K9 grass is commonly used in dog runs because of its ability to withstand the effects of dog urine. Most dogs readily adapt to the K9 grass. If you prefer, real sod and grass can be purchased from your local nursery and will work just as well with the Penthouse Dog Potty. The tray will still provide the support needed for holding the sod.
