We guarantee the Penthouse Potty for 30 days. If your dog potty arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that it can be replaced. If your dog does not adapt to the Penthouse Dog Potty within 30 days, we will be happy to give you a refund of the original purchase price. Upon receipt of the potty and all accessories included with the original order, we will issue a full refund less shipping charges.
No returns will be credited without authorization, which can be obtained by calling us at 713-523-4700. The Penthouse Dog Potty and all components should be returned to: The Cosmopolitan Canine, 2200 Montrose Blvd., Houston, TX 77006. The Penthouse Dog Potty must arrive in good condition and your refund will be credited at that time. However, we don’t expect a return to be necessary as we feel confident you and your dog will enjoy the Penthouse Dog Potty and the convenience that it will bring for many years to come!
